Should be more of this going on in Decatur. Decatur should really begin to become the Norman Rockwell little community that it could be. Why not? Everyone should get into the spirit of each holiday... Have you ever been to Old Spring, TX? Coolest place ever! With Decatur's old buildings and great downtown appeal.... we could put Old Spring to shame! Nice start with the main street stuff....but needs lots more "cozying up!"
