Sounds like a great place to visit for some innocent entertainment in the evening!
I have been there a few times recently and I had fun. From the article it seems like this is a safer place than the streets. Nice PIC at the bottom; I may have to stop by Purgatory after work on Saturday.

I'm trying to figure out some way to avoid all that happening to me. Sounds like a dangerous place, but how can I avoid getting into trouble there? Hmmmm...can't think of a way. Oh, wait! Maybe if I don't go there, I'll be OK.
