Another Day. Another Overturned 18 Wheeler at 287 & 380

Although I may be more fascinated with Victory Church's new billboard.

Edit: The aftermath

I agree with you Barry, the sign is more interesting. Although the "pimped" Fire Administration vehilces are a hot topic at my domino club. Good thing the domino group does not run the city, or their would be hell to pay. 50k for a administration vehicle is a little much. I Chief Hoskins is pissed because his command vehicle looks like he bought it from the hood, compared to those.

That curve keeps our emergency crews busy. There's got to be a wreck there once a week!

at least one wreck a week. Thank God Bill Nelson has a degree...He must have received it from Aggieland

They should have made the billboard:

"Satan hates fat asses"

Just think would that could do for your congregation growth in Wise County.

OK, so....what does the darn billboard say? Where's the pic, B?

8:36, If it's the curve causing the wrecks, how exactly does the curve select its victims?

The message on the billboard is:

"Yes, those jeans make you look fat.

The trucks turnover or Pull out in front of you to make you slow down so they can all go in a line to the crusher.( Helps keep from getting lost)
Don't even try calling Decatur police to help with them running that yeild sign.I guess we need to get the sign in Mexican lingo.

REALLY 7 HOURS TO CLEAN UP A WRECK THE DECATUR FIRE DEPT MUST REALIZE THAT THEY ARE NOW PAID AND HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO LIKE WATCH THEIR BIG FLAT SCREEN TV FROM THEIR LAZY BOY'S OR MABY THEY WERE WATCHING DVD'S ON THE FLIP DOWNS IN THE CHIEF'S VEHICLES

12:18, I didn't mean the curve was causing the wrecks (although that's how it appears by the way I worded it). What I meant was people take the curve way to fast. The caution sign there would make you think it's a slight S curve when it's a sharp turn. What needs to be there is flashing lights with a sharp curve ahead sign.

The curve selects it's victims by picking on the ones that do not believe the 20 MPH exit blinking light sign. The exit there should have a sign with it that says something like: "It has been __ days since a truck overturned on this ramp." And a running total of how many there have been since the ramp was put in use. Of course, this would be another tax burden if a government employee was doing it. It would be a full time job to keep updated.
