Random Memory Burn

There's no reason to post this picture other than to tell you I can't get it out of my mind. I first saw it in September. It's (former) Arkansas coach Houston Nutt with a crazy look on his face. And then there's the quality of the TV screen - perfect. And then when you look closer and you realize it's a photo of a TV screen.

Lots going on there.

Yeah, those big HD sets are fantastic. Assuming of course, that one has HD channels to go along with it. Countless people buy them and then take them back or complain the picture isn't any better...and the reason is they don't have HD signals. Doofus. And further assuming that the HD set is the higher quality resolution (1080), not the minimum resolution that qualifies as HD. (720). Watch out for the new SDTV sets. It means "standard definition"...in other words, it's a regular T.V., not HD. Yet when you see SDTV on the unit, it's easy to think "oh wow, this is SDTV, must be even better than HDTV." Nope.

You're looking at the newly-hired (and gayly giddy) coach of Ole Miss...the Right Reverend Houston Nutt.

That's gay.

very little to no difference between 720 and 1080.
I know lots of people who get the tv, get the channels, but fail to get the hdmi cable.. thats a real big difference maker there.

I didn't know people were getting confused about the meaning of SDTV. Maybe they thought it means "Super-Duper TV"!
