It is insane not to be concerned about EVERY person trying to get out of harm's way. It is easy for us to sit here safely and comment on the pain and suffering of others.

I agree with the "lighten up" crowd. Barry obviously cares about people, and perhaps a little light humor that DIDN'T hurt anyone! Of course, if Bud heard his comments, he'd say (in his best John Travolta-type Texas accent: "shuddup you sumbitch."

I don't think Barry's comment is funny - but I agree with the lighten up folks here - your panties may be to tight.
Believe me, I was in that line TWICE, Anon Goofball @ 8:41. I just know the difference between actual "wit" and tommyrot. Yeah, that means stupidity, the opposite of wit.
Just not funny....I'm calm boredatwork, Barry simply succeeded in getting me onto that other side of the fence this time. I usually LOVE his sense of "humor," it's off-center, which I'm a huge fan of--this was just dumb.
But, the rest of you can enjoy it to pieces....may Bud and Sissy be fictionally unscathed. And, may the real people return to homes that aren't completely torn up.

What about Pam in her high rise condo or Anut Corene. I sure hope that Anut Corene made it our okay.
Pam moved to Dallas a little while back and Corene pass away last month.
