In his pre stunt interview the harness had to be used to gain permission. My guess would be the National Park Service or it's equivalent on the Canadian side. He was complaining about how restrictive it felt.
I'm not for big government.....or small government, but for fair, and good government, adaquet roads, public schools that place responsibly on the students.....humane medical treatment, reasonable taxes.

Hate burst all you folks bubble, but this stunt was performed around the turn of the 20th century by a guy pushing a wheel barrow across as he walked- untethered. I think he walked across and turned around and walked BACK across. I have seen a picture of the dude on the wire w/ the wheel barrow.
Contrary to what the "Great Divider" says, we CAN all just get along. Ignore his race-baiting and class warfare, he should really be ashamed along with the other progressives who support him.
