And "tossed from SUV" means the kid was ejected during the wreck --- not thrown out of by an occupant. Although those "teenagers" aren't going to win any Parent of the Year awards.

That was miraculous! Poor toddler! Hope this was a really big wake up call for the teens involved.

3:25, Point was not every drug should be legalized. Mary Jane is a far cry from other drugs out there. The tax money off of it alone would be enough. The social ills and other costs associated with marijuana would be fairly low so the tradeoff would be good. Same cannot be said for hard drugs.
FYI, the Donner Party wasn't really a party.

All drugs should be taxed. You can't pick and choose. We all agree the legalization of narcotics will fix our problems.
