i love people like that. found a rest that u liked and thr was in issue with the charges. so im never going back. sounds like she charged him for something they didnt get. dont kid yourself shes not paying for it, she just told the customer that. the best is when people say they are never going back to wal-mar, home depot, or lowes. you think they should have more people but u like thr prices. if u want more help go to a small store and u will get more help and pay for it. its all about the dollar. see u at wal-mart in the 20 min checkout like
