that is one stupid comment
1) it's the army that is not supposed to fire on its own citizens. The police (shown there) are allowed to do so when they are "protecting and serving" the law-abiding citizens
2)the majority of people the police deal with are US citizens, so...yes, it is okay
3) Until very recently, the police never asked for citizenship status. In any case, the nationality of the perpetrator doesn't matter when the lead (or rubber) starts flying. Breaking the law knows no border
Side note: I laughed my a$$ off watching this. I played it again, and it was funny the second time, too!
Down the road, (assuming things aren't going to change) it will be interesting to see if American troops will fire on the 99% to protect the 1%'s lifestyle and property.
