Penn State coach Joe Paterno was fired tonight. Crazy college kids at Penn State are taking to the streets.
You see that picture up there? That's what they did on a Sunday night around midnight when it was announced Osama Bin Laden had been killed. (
More.) And that's when they are celebrating.
Tonight? They are angry. Oh, my.

Stay classy Penn State!
Say it ain't so, Joe.
My Other Brother Darryl
I'm sorry it had to come to this, but it DID have to come to this. He knew about the abuse. He did nothing more than "report it to his superior." Nothing else happened. He was part of the cover-up of a child being raped, on his campus and under his watch. Allowing him to retire at the end of the season, as earlier reported, would have allowed him to end his career on hius terms, an advantage he didn't deserve. Way to go Board of Regents!

They all knew for a long time.
THIS is what upsets our youth today, not War's, not social injustice, but a man was fired who's actions assisted another man to sexually abuse children. Sad state our moral compass.
Yankees, Yankees, Yankees...
Maybe those "clashing" students should open their little brothers bedroom to Joepa and friends
bunch of ARABS go to that school? muslims???
Yeah, another example of priorities being given (in the past) to the almighty god of football (and therefore, the dollar). Heaven forbid we "upset" the football program of a Division I university, in order to properly deal with a person abusing children!
I love it when there's an unhappy ending.
