Breaking: Mrs. LL Is A Black Woman
Mrs. LL loves macaroni and cheese but she never told me it was a "black thing". What other surprises are waiting for me?
(And don't you think that lady really wanted to slap Pat when he fired off that question? I bet she walks off that set every day shaking her head and mumbling something about "that senile old cracker.")

While I'm quite certain that she does think that, Barry, I don't think that the question about it being a "black thing" is bad. Are we supposed to ignore cultural differences to prove our acceptance of them?

It may be a black thing,but I always thought it was a Southern thing. I am not black and I don't think we had mac & cheese until Kraft Dinner came along.

It's a poor man's meal, so it's actually a class thing. Cheap and simple to prepare.
