Brought to you by people who had their retirement stolen, and took paycuts, while their Management accepted bonuses.

I am so glad these people are idiots. Everyone knows that the corporations of today were brought about and stay profitable through capitalism. There is no government involvement whatsoever.

Plus, didn't they know that Wall Street has the true hearts and minds of America and that they only use your so-called "low risk" retirement funds responsibly and with the utmost delicacy.

Anonymous said...

Exactly, Wordkyle.

The kitty is cute in the bottom pic but, I really have to question the mentality of the sign holder.

What is he trying to say? That he expects everything for free and that a mean old bank foreclosed on him for not paying a mortgage?

The sign holder should call me if he wants a free home. I've got a big empty box here that would be perfect!

Look no further than your own backyard. American Airlines employees took a 17.5% paycut to save their company, gave up 1 week of sick time, and 1 week of vacation time. They also lost any relocation money paid to them in the event of a layoff. It was the "union thugs" that did this to save the company.
What did the Executives do? They gave themselves raises, bonuses, AND charge YOU, the paying customer, excess baggage fees that go into the management coffers. You the flying public are paying into their greed, yet blame the workers. Only in Wise County. Wake up! And you wonder why people are upset?
Maybe if you had your retirement stolen like Enron, Braniff, and others did, you would change your mind.

Wells Fargo sucks! I'd trust Mr. Drysdale at the Commerce Bank of Beverly Hills before them and Citibank.

Right on! Anyone who has worked for Imperial should be there!

Brought to you by people who got cut when it was time to cut the fat! Those who thought they could milk their 40hr a week and do nothing paycheck untill retirement.

Corporations are going to continue to run lean, this is the new enviroment we live in. Business systems are better, fewer accounting, middle management and clerical people are needed. For Companies to succeed in an Obama type economy they need to keep more cash and keep expensive, long term employees off of the books....and the guys at the top deserve big paychecks for having the balls to make these cuts.

Release the suffocating grip of regulations by the federal government, and force business unfriendly states like California to do the same and jobs come back in droves.

12:45 I really really try to feel sorry for people like you but I can't!

If your retirement was stolen as in 401K, etc. Sorry about your luck dude. You are gambling when invest anything into stocks, bonds, whatever.

If your talking about Social Security being stolen blame the GOVERNMENT not corporations.

On your other rant, what business is it of yours what a company you do not own does? I mean really.

For you to get mad about the paycut/bonus thing tells me that you are the type of person who would be jealous if your neighbor, friend, family, etc. got something and you didn't.

FYI nobody owes you anything. Kapeesh.

So, did they ever find those bongs at the high school...?

1:05 Do you want all my empty coffee cans so you can keep your money in them instead of the banks.

wordkyle said...

1245 - My statement's documented, how about yours? Occupy Wall Street™ "stands in solidarity" with the AFL-CIO, SEIU and various other unions; moveon.org (Democrat shills;) National Peoples Action (community organizers/Democrat shills;) etc., etc.

And, just in case you doubt Democrat support. (No problem with that, of course. Remember it if/when the protests turn violent.)

1:10 funny. I so hope your talking "Union" Karma.

LMAO

Wordkyle, you know as well as I do that if and when it does become violent a Libocrat is going to do what Libocrats do best, BLAME EVERYONE ELSE instead of taking physical responsibility for their own actions in life.

Support Main Street, not Wall Street. Buy local, bank local. Wal Mart killed Pinkertons grocery store.

99%...Howard Zinn was a democratic socialist, I doubt he would have extended his sentiments in the quote above to tea-party protests.

wordkyle said...

99% - Please explain how, with your quote, you're not endorsing violence. If that's not what you meant to say, then what is it you did mean to say?

Anonymous said...

Devil, you are mistaken, my friend. It was cat-snatch fever... ♫

Wow, Debil, you are spot-on w/ that one!
Well, except that we could let California go, if they want to, just like the Aggies. Buh-Bye! The fed just needs to stop forcing the producing states to subsidize them in energy, the cost of their state govt., etc. They are shielded from suffering the full extent of their choices, unlike the Aggies, I fear.

With the spot-on comment, I was referring to De Debil's comment at 1:09. I now see that he's made a couple more since then, although the later ones are good, too.
And I predict Wkyle will hear crickets chirping on his question at 1:53.

Main Street needs to support MADE IN THE USA.

If I was Pinkerton's Grocery Store I would have spent my time figuring out how to compete with Wal-Mart instead of spending my time belly aching and crying Poor Me - Evil Wal-Mart.

Funny how IGA is still in business with a Wal-Mart in town.

One half the people in the USA get a check from the government. The chance of less governemnt in the future is Very remote.

According to the Conservatives everything needs to change, but it has to be them that does it. But if some other person/ party gets angry at status quo then it is some communist, liberal democrat conspiracy.

My Pension that will soon be gone will be dumped on the PGBC and you will really be perturbed when that happens. Capitalism without greed is a good thing. Some just expect good conduct in business like most local merchants in Decatur practice. Lots of non union people have pensions too.

Just had a coverse with a woman who was complaining about Medicare not paying for her brother's OTC vitamins, telephone and all his toiletries at the nursing home!!!!

What is wrong with you people????

Anonymous said...

Deregulation works!

Anonymous said...

Solve all this, cut all disability payments for vets, no welfare, no SS. Make it the survival of the fittest, no more Uncle Sam handouts.

DaCat Ramsey said...

DF Family Cat you better stay away from those free-loading bad credit cats!

Anonymous said...

@3:02
WBAP reported that statistic this AM, however they then broke it down a little: that includes SS and Medicare, which, of course working people and employers paid in to directly w/ taxes. I think they said 34% receive Welfare. They didn't mention the other just-because-you're-breathing programs.

Because of government intervention, the US is no longer globally competitive. Where we were once first, we are now like 12th.

And dumbasses wonder where the jobs have gone? Jobs go where smart people with good ideas have the best chance of making a dollar.

Get back to greedy capatalism, with the LEAST amount of government involvement. Only then will you see a good economy, and jobs. Period.

@ 3:37, Vets and SS payment are not welfare. Vets worked for their benefits and SS is for the folks who worked like me for so far 35 years. It's not welfare....Billy Eaton

Those poor lost souls that occupy Wall Street need to google earth 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. That's where there anger should be directed. They all seem like a bunch of white racists to me. I see no people of color. They are too ashamed to admit that they are protesting the same thing as the Tea Party but don't want their chosen Messiah Obammy to take the fall. What a bunch of dipshit losers. There are planes that leave every hour for Europe and they would feel right at home there.

Ah, yes wall street and corporations only have the common person in mind. That explains why millions of jobs have been out sourced the last 10 years, millions of worker have had little or wage increase the last few years,or had hours cut so they could be downgraded to part-time so no benefits have to be offered. Trickle down economics sure is taking a long time to reach the 90% majority of us.

Anonymous said...

A lot of those people worked for their benefits too 7:56. Remember Enron? Cant blame the poor worker for the greed at the top.

Anonymous said...

4:23 was at the NRS job fair because AA would not hire them.

Buy American, end corporate greed, help one another, and read the Bible.

Anonymous said...

Occupy Dallas - Becaus Fort Worth would kick your lame a$$es!

Anonymous said...

Let me get this straight. The weenies are protesting capitalism and corporate greed but are demanding jobs from corporations?

Anonymous said...

Workers wanting more benefits, higher wages, bonuses from greedy corporations supported by labor unions and communists is what I see in the pictures! Why protest big corporations when Clinton, Bush and Obama allowed greed to run rampant ending in taxpayer bailouts. And how many accept credit cards and buy homes with zero down they can't afford?

Protest outside the White House or go vote right the next time around. Or read the history books on how great people live under Communism or just go live in Cuba!
