Someone posted this pic in Facebook of the Bridgeport police in action this morning. They stopped someone in a Cadillac? Is this some kind of Occupy Wall Street protest by the cops?

Prediction: Mass exodus of super teachers in Alvord ISD at the end of this year. Administration is treating every teacher as though they are incapable of stepping up to the new STAAR demands. This district has been recognized and would have been exemplary for the past several years except for science scores. Instead of targeting and demanding more of those science teachers, administration is treating all teachers ( all highly qualified) as though they have no ability to teach! Quite insulting to our teachers who have performed above and beyond for years and produced excellent test scores with our kids! Why am I posting this? To ask those in Alvord who have students in our system to step up for those teachers who ARE doing the jobs and to demand that the school board stops the demeaning treatment of these teachers from the extremely high paid administration! Wake up, Alvord parents!!! You are about to lose some really wonderful and highly qualified teachers who are fed up with adminstrators who don't really care anything about Alvord kids! They just want the money Alvord ISD pays them! (Go to the superintendent's office and ask for a copy of the pay they receive!) Alvord ISD..... going down the drain...
9:16 I thought I was reading about Bridgeport there. Same thing going on there. Can't replace teachers that leave but we can create an Asst. Supt job. There are some great teachers there that will be gone soon because of the BS!!

Everyone also knows that's not a Wall Street-type because those America haters drive 8-Series BMWs and S-Class Mercedes.
Before Anonymous bows his multiple cow chests, that's a joke observation not based on fact. Dang, I need to get my own primetime cable "news" show because I'm qualified. I hear Hank Williams, Jr. has some free time on his hands. I could work from the center-left and he'll take the center-right.
It sounds like the teachers in this county are joining the ranks of the law enforcement and public servants....welcome to being treated like dirt ladies and gentlemen. After a while you will just go into show up mode....you will get used to it....no one cares about you so you quit caring about them. Then you will gain hope at election time and see the same idiots or new idiots be elected by the same populace that is supposed to support and believe in you.
To 9:16, Check out the TEA website to see why each campus was recognized in Alvord. Teacher evaluations shouldn't be based on how students perform on one test. That's not an accurate assessment of teacher success in the classroom. My prayers go out to all teachers, in all districts facing these challenges. Hold your head up high and ignore the negative drama. In the end, you do make a difference in the lives of these children.
