Are you sure that's not a scam to obtain names, drivers licenses, and birth dates?
Or it could be a "sting" by DPS to help locate absconded drivers, and to obtain their computer IP addresses.
That's kool,I know lots of people's ID's and Dates of birt...ahh I gotta go...never mind.
Is this part of the Mayoral powers they were talking about in the update?
