Senseless shame. Fate can be so cruel. I wish peace for the family to cope the best they can.
I hate to say it BG. But if the person(s) responsible are arrested, I bet they will have a long and violent criminal history. Released back into society with the assistance of a defense attorney who is only worried about 'their client'.
This is exactly what is happening in mexico.....and san antonio is close enough to mex, that the cartel tactics could be invading the u.s

I will agree there is a high likelyhood of this being a Hispanic crime, as San Antonio is predominately Mexican. But note that less than a half mile from the scene, there is Martin Luther King Jr Park. And as I recall from living in S.A. many years ago that part of town was predominately black, not brown.
