What is this mans story?? At least he dresses the part. Not sure what kind of work, can't quite see him mowing my yard are trimming the trees!
This man and about 20 million others are just going to have to wait until 2012.
Thinking about sending my 21 yr. old down there to stand next to this guy with his own homemade sign.
If he is the same buy, he's gained some weight. Maybe he had a job for a while.
Oh boy, the " Tex Watson is innocent " guy is back.
I heard he had been over in the Denton area a year or two back, holding up the same sign.
Is it not against Decatur City ordinance for one to "beg" in Decatur city limits? This guy should be escorted out of town! I, for one, am offended by his presence and pretense. Come on city council, and make an ordinance please, before we are all inundated with these buffoons!
Guess he didn't have any luck in Arlington
This guy was dong this before Obama was ever President......Looks like he has been eating well too.....some weight gain there. I offered him a job on two different occasions.......turned them down both times ......'Looney Tunes'........if you get my jest.
9.18 Really? Really? yeah, round him up. Your an idiot.
Thanks to Obama...
He would do a lot better if he took up the banjo.
In January he was in Plano (near the Plano convention center)! This guy gets around. Maybe someone should hire him as a courier (or maybe a tour guide).Nate (according to whim)
What a waste of skin. That old fart wouldn't take a job if one jumped up and bit him.He can stand there for hours- he can say, Welcome to Wal Mart. Do you need a basket?Decatur wants a rep for having bums or we wouldn't tolerate this foolishness.
He's in the wrong spot! Needs to scoot down to Primos and wait...
I weep for the species
Hire him, please, the guy won't take a job. He'd much rather stir up folks who are sucker enough to feel sorry for him and give him some moola. That's a scam artist walking right there.
7:26 we would ALL do a lot better if you would stick that banjo where the sun don't shine.
Sucker alert at 6:20!Sucker alert at 6:20!Surely, you don't feel sorry for this old man. Where have you been not to know about this fool? Under a rock?
its a scam people, seen him at Home Depot at Park and Tollway in Plano. He does not want to work, he just wants the money of those that do, sound familiar?
He is probably bringing in $50 per hour. Not a bad job and it is tax free. Add that to his social security check and he is living high. There used to be a woman in Dallas who stood on the median at busy intersections begging. She had a three year old with her and a pillow stuffed in her dress to make herself look pregnant. I gave her $20 a couple of times until I realized this had been going on for 10 months and it was a pillow, not a baby.
9:18, he is not begging but asking for employment. No law against that.
I need a part time job, maybe I will join him.. Wonder how that would go.
Seen him several times in Carrollton over the last year or two. Tried to get pic to send you but he is elusive. Always people stopping and giving him money.
9:38 REEELLLYYYY? Go offer him one and see what you get. You'll learn something.
Make room on your corner old man, there are a bunch of teachers about to join you.
Liz, You are probably right, but how many more are unemployed since the big eared Obammy became president?
If a teacher ever tries to pull the scam that this guy is pulling on the many fools who fall for this crap 10:53, I hope they rot in hell.
11:05 He is unemployed by choice. Scam artist!
Wow, so I can't say I'm surprised at the "holier than thou" attitude from most of ya'll, but really?!? Do any of you know him, or anything about him? Or are you the kind of people who make snap descisions while sitting in your ivory towers??? This man is mentally ill, but isn't hurting anyone. He has money, from an old job / business he had, but is retired. He truly believes himself to be out of work. But since you people know all, go ahead and pass judgement on him...
Where's his sombrero, poncho and the other 3 dozen sidekicks waiting in a vacant lot for day work?
