Motorcyclist v. Fed Ex: Day Two

My update: I still don't know a thing. But I did snap this pic this morning which, I'd wager to guess, includes only attorneys, legal assistants, corporate reps, and parties to the lawsuit. I was able to get fourteen in the pic (red dots), and there were about six I couldn't get in.  And for everyone in the courtroom, there are more back at the office working in support.

And the sad thing is you'll never see a criminal trial with that amount of resources being spent because those being charged can't afford it.

(Side note: I noticed that the criminal investigator for the Wise County Attorney's office made it on the jury.)

Fed EX sucks! Use UPS! They are not anti worker and use third party scabs.

How can Fed Ex win? Their driver ran over a guy on a motorcycle, RAN OVER him. Thats not the motorcycle guys fault...

Fed EX rocks! UPS sucks! Unions suck! Gave them 3 chances once to get packages to the locations. Lost them each time. No more would I send something through them.

Funny how people make judgments on things they know nothing about!

According to what was said today... The motorcycle driver attempted to pass while the truck was turning. That's just reckless!

Wow, 131, you are telling a nice lie, and not mentioning that the fedex driver admitted to perjury on the stand. You work for fedex?

What it really was is an accident. Why should fault always be found?

Didn't the truck have his blinkers on and didn't the MC guy accept a certain amount of risk when he go on the bike?

Work for Fed Ex... Hell No!! I just know what I heard.

7:31, because if everyone follows the rules of the road (traffic law) and pays attention, ie put your damn phone down, then there would be no so called "accidents". Someone, in every traffic collision is at fault, even the one vehicle variety. Blow out on a tire? Hmmm should maintain your tires better, hit a cow/deer ect. Hmmm, should not have been driving too fast to stop...just saying.

The driver of the FedEx truck left the scene to get lawyers. That is not a good when you've just run someone over. At least he returned.....but the poor guy was already dead. Driver of motorcycle wasn't wearing a helmet but his body was crushed, not his head. Hoping for a decision today.
