Well with a video of the crime I would have wanted him to have the death penalty. I don't understand how they thought this was an accident or manslaught. It was murder! At least he was found guilty. He should be committed to a nuthouse the rest of his life. In 12 years expect to hear more from him in the news because a lepard never changes his spots. Wonder what the other "D" brothers are like, bein raised in the same family? Will they make the news too?
How crazy has this world that live in become? One child dead and the rest that were forced to watch will live with those horrible memories for the rest of their lifes! Hope he makes lots of new friends where he is headed, then let them"scare" him.
He should have gotten life without parole. Death would be the easy way out. He should have to watch the video of what he did everyday of his sentence as well. What a scumbag.
I am not buying Barry's claim of being the Modern Day Nostradamus. However, his jail time prediction does prove, Barry needs to stick to making prognostications about what he knows and leave sports predictions to a real Sports Genius. *;)

How can you possibly call this a "MISTAKE" (11:00) ????? He taunted ALL of those children.....and killed one of them while the others were forced to watch,and will now will see these images for the rest of their lifes... Drunk is NO EXCUSE!! And you know something .....YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!!!! For you to say the guy was stupid drunk,and made a very bad mistake just goes to show that you must be one of the brightest bulbs in the closet....like I said before...you just can't fix stupid! How does your brain function? That little girl will never get to grow up and live her life....So yes, it was MURDER!!
Our judicial system and our society does not put much value on our children. Kill or abuse children and you receive less sentence that some kid smoking pot. What does that say about us....

The sentences will be served concurrently which means a 12 year sentence eligible for parole after half (6 years). Read the article
