How can grass burn in a place where everyone has pools?

The wind turbines are putting out the kwh. Can we make them retroactive to Feb. 10 when it was 10 degrees outside and Texas set a winter record for electrical consumption? West Texas wind speed was 5 mph and the Panhandle had 4.3 mph wind on that cold morning. That equals near zero output from wind power. Today I am using neither heat nor a/c. Wonder where all the supplemental electricity from wind power is being used.
Are the flagpoles horizontal at the Wildwood?
