according to the story a white officer beat this handcuffed suspect it was said that they thought that the suspect resisted but that unnecessary force was used on this guy
more proof that dallas pd is a criminal organization under the law were three or more people dressed alike are togather and one of them has committed or is committing a crime however we see that what laws apply to the common citizens of the great state of texas and the united states of america do not apply to the police

I confess to not having watched the "tape", but in what sense is the beating an "alleged beating"?
I mean, either the video shows a beating or it doesn't. Not a lot of gray area on that particular point.
3:15 - You point out the race of the cop, white, as if it's a racial situation. Yet you failed to mention the race of the beaten motorist.
I saw the video. It was dark & hard to tell the race of anybody . . . . Sounds like you're a racist.
