He has evil in those eyes!! I also heard on one of the News shows on the radio that he had a school like shrine in his back yard. That explains the evil. And only someone evil could do what he did.
And this guy, folks, is the one responsible for the deaths and carnage in Tuscon...NOT THE RIGHT OR THE LEFT...I am so sickened by those in the political arena on either side trying to blame anyone besides this sick individual.
Would it be so difficult to spell "Tucson" correctly, BG? Thanks from a former Tucsonan.
Based on that booking photo, Lochner appears to be both the Prime Minister of Crazy Town and your typical AZ meth head.
Tucson is much like Austin in that it attracts nuts if all persuasions. That's what a major state university will do.
I worked as a news photographer at NBC affiliate KVOA in the late 1980s where we had a nickname for all the aggrieved parties who were against whatever: "Tucson's General All-Purpose Protestors (TGAPP)." Their cause didn't have to make sense. Just as a bird has to fly or a fish has to swim, TGAP had to march.
@Anon 5:31, don't forget "The Communist Manifesto." Just based on that reading list, Lochner was fishtailing all over the place on a trip which led us all to the Safeway at the corner of Ina and Oracle.
Arthur, I just was wondering were you trying to make a point about something or had you prefer to keep rambling about back in the day???????????????????????????

One crazy dude!
Uncle Fester?
He looks like Zippy the Pinhead.
It's hard to imagine his favorite books were "Mein Kampf" and "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest."

he looks so completely different than he does in some other photos... wow...
I'm sure Walker will report that he had been investigating him for the past 4 years.
Looks like a left-wing pothead to me!
With that look, he could have his own show on MSNBC!
The Face of the Wise County Republican Party
Looks like a young uncle Festus from The Adams Family.
I would bet he got rid of his hair before anyone could think to check it for evidence of historical drug use.
I think he operated roscoe the rat at the reunion last year.

I am sooooo glad I am not the only person who, immediately, thought it was a photo of a youthful Uncle Fester from the original Addams Family.

His head looks like a huge Peenile appendage with eyes or somethin.
Another crazy one. And, don't even say this really has anything to do with politics. People like him obcess over anything that comes their way.
