The article read: "Some teenagers at the party reportedly had become violently ill and were vomiting when Officers arrived" - sounds like it was a good party - too bad it got busted...
At this very moment, God is sitting around waiting for someone to die so that he can get some action when we all "pray for the family" as if God is in a glass case that we break in emergencies. And if we actually believe we can do that and God will respond, how can we possibly not believe that he causes things to happen in the first place?
So we're supposed to believe that there is a guy in the sky that snapped his fingers and earth was here? And if I drink and do drugs is that his will for me to do that? It must be if everything happens for a reason. Oh, but we have the mind to choose between right and wrong. So he doesn't have control over me. or does he? Oh, i guess it doesn't matter since he's really not real.
snap fingers, spoke words, either way it just appeared. How is he in control if I choose what I want to do? Why would he let horrible things like 9-11 and bombings and whatnot happen? It doesn't make sense.
I bet every one of you has a watch. You trust your watch even tho you never met the "maker" of the watch. Your watch tells you the time and you trust it. If you're late, have to rush or have an accident because you were late, is it the watchmakers fault? Why is it those of you who are so critical of a Supreme Being ask ..."why does God let that happen?" Gee, I wonder if Satan ever does anything bad......
I once had a person tell me, "I'd like to get into religion, but, I just don't understand it." My reply to him was simple, "I don't understand electricity, but that don't mean I'm going to live in the dark."
My whole point was, was that if god is in control, why whould he let things happen like that? I don't see how your comparison of watches to god makes sense. God is supposedly all-powerful. he can make anthying happen if he wants it done. A watchmaker doesn't have power the last time I checked.

He will eventually grow up and marry a police photographer named Ed.
His parents must be so proud.
Underage drinking is bad...
Fighting a police officer is worse...
Striking this pose is unforgivable
Is 17 too old for his parents to put him up for adoption?
Leave the kids alone...jeez...

Carrottop lives in Colleyville?
How many of us engaged in similar behavior back before the nazis took over our country?
So....had this kid drove drunk and killed my husband and two kids, would he be just one of the unfortunate ones that didn't hit a curb?

8:12,
The best way I can answer that is that God doesn't care about death, old or infant, he doesn't care about anything except how we live our lives.
If someone die's.....that is their chance to get to heaven. The pain felt on earth is as insignificant as one more grain of sand on the beach.
How do you think that makes sand feel?

No matter what name we give it, the God we have is the one we're capable of having.
Barry, did you know that this photo would lead to a deep theological discussion? You just never know where they are gonna go. It's crazy man.
to anon 10:00, God didn't snap his fingers, He spoke the words. Yes you have the right to choose what you do with your life, but He is in control!

Man! Some of you need serious prayer.
