I love the guy! He is 100% correct! Society has become confused between professional athletes and non-pro. It is unbelievable to see how our Jr. High and High School athletes are (sometimes)treated. It takes a coach like this to say "enough is enough!" Coaches Stand Up for your kids and you will be remembered as a "Great Coach!" People forget wins and loses, they never forget how you treated them. Kids know when you care about them, you can't fool them. Look at the difference in Wade Phillips and Bill Parcels....who would you rather play for? It is really pretty easy!
