LOL, wonder what the history is on it, and what is going on with it now.
I have always wondered about this building. It IS creepy.
Decatur has done some wonderful things to their buildings downtown due to the efforts of the Main Street Group. Maybe they will get to this old building eventually.
And now Bridgeport will be doing the same to their downtown buildings.
Sprucing up Wise County!
This building would be amazing as a little romatic restaurant. The "fenced" lot beside it is treed and would provide great shade. Little twinkly lights in those trees could provide for beautiful evenings dining under them. I don't know who owns the property, but someone who is looking for a great investment... there it is!
5:30 - great idea - I'd add live music - just two or three instrumentalists (a jazz combo) or even a competent jazz/classical pianist.
The way this county is growing, country music won't be the only musical taste desired.
honestly if I had the time and money to invest I wouldn't mind fixing it up and living there. Cool.
I sure hate to see it just sit there for another decade! Why doesn't someone look into making this place a really cool eatery?
