Words Won't Do It Justice

But President Bush appearing beside a Bush impersonator at this weekend's White House Correspondents' Association's 92nd Awards Banquet was incredibly funny. At least he's kept is sense of humor.

He kept his sense of humor until Stephen Colbert said that," I believe that the government that governs the best is the government that governs the least and by these standards we have set up a fabulous government in Iraq."

The funny thing is - Bush might be a fun guy with a good sense of humor. The problem is he's been a poor president with very poory chosen advisors.

Wow, the impersonator is a good likeness of the Pres, excluding the smirk.

Poor Pres - he's just spent too much time around the snarling Cheney.

:-)

The sad thing is that the impersonator would probably make a better leader for our country than the real deal.

We pay less for gas than any other nation. so...why are they laughing.
I agree with the above. Libs are tearing down our nation.

Maybe others are laughing at us as we whine about $3 or $4 a gal gas. Other countries pay from $5 to$8. The higher price is due to taxes. Like we do with cigarettes, their higher taxes is hoped to reduce consumption (and the bad health affects). Most Americans won't change to more efficient cars and the government won't require better fuel standards. So we complain when capitalist companies charge what the free market will pay.

So maybe that's why some others are laughing at us - we seem to complain and won't make the obvious choices. OK conservatives, do you want a free market or government control? Why not make a free choice and drive less and buy more efficient vehicles?

How are we supposed to drive less?? I have never understood that? I drive only where I need to?

Walk you fatty. I walk my daughter to and from school. I constantly get stopped by people who give me a look like I am mad and ask if I want a ride.
