Sometimes he is just clueless. Even though the Hurricane is a natural disaster verse a terrorist attack and the death toll is not as high (yet), the destruction is 100 times worse than 9/11 and the economic impact well be felt for a long time. Over a million people will be left homeless. I can't even imagine how this will unfold.
Another example of how the liberal press purposely makes Bush look bad. Does anyone believe that that picture would published if it were Clinton. And don't tell me Clinton wouldn't have accepted the gift or wouldn't have gone to the commemoration.
Clinton only would have gone if he could have gotten Monica out from under his desk long enough.
I am just so very sorry that his 5 week summer vacation at the ranch got cut short by a week.

Sometimes his antics are almost cute in a childish sort of way.
You can always count on the Liberal's to show their self!Barry you need to give your life to Jesus and be happy!!!!
amen to anon #'s 2&3
I don't know, 2 & 3. It somewhat reminds of the story of Nero and Rome.
The liberal press purposely makes Bush look bad? No, my dear, BUSH does that to himself because, as ANON #1 said, he is totally clueless. Wizard's analogy to Nero was priceless and on point.
I agree...the liberal media didn't force him to pick up a guitar and sing along while one of the worst disasters to ever hit the nation is taking place. I guess if they were the conservative media they wouldn't have taken a picture.
Liberals go away to some faraway place
I guess the appropriate response would be to go into some kind of photo op (like Jimmy Carter) and put on a denim shirt and unload a truck or something.
It is a tragedy but, I'm willing to bet that you liberals haven't turned off your entertainment media or stopped singing "Blowing in the Wind' down in Crawford.
So he stummed a guitar, so what. Life goes on.
The press decides photo ops. Life does go on.
