Is it a crime to be simply naked on your own property in day to day activities? Lewd acts, shouting at passers by, etc. notwithstanding. But just being nude on your own ground? A crime? Can't others just not look? Who's the criminal, the peepers or the resident? Can't you just see a peeping Tom calling the cops becuase two people are going at in inside their trailer...and...officer...they were... NAKED!!!!
Okay think about it this way for a second, there are children that live around him. How would any of you feel if you son or daughter saw a 60 year old mans privates because he was just walking around his yard without clothes on?
and peepping tom? uh no, its a little different than that sir. Now if someone had a pair of binoculars and was tryin to catch peek then okay yeah, peeping tom.
Now, whenever you walk outside and you can physically see someone just out walking around buck naked, that is NOT peeping.
So i for one would not wanna see some 60 year old mans junk just floppin in the wind and i wouldnt want children to see that either
