Because of the 20 minute phone card, or because audio cassettes were still prevalent at the time?I don't think I bought my first CD until 1996. Hard to believe it's been 15 years since I stopped using audio cassettes!!
I remeber buying my first cd player in the late 80's and it cost a forutne.
Talk about "back in the day".
