I watched a documentary on last meals a few weeks ago. The meal is prepared and paid for by a prison ministry. No public funds used.
He shoulda ordered fried chicken, collard greens, pig feets, wawtamelon, and some purple drank to wash it down... ♫

The paper said the guy ordered all the food, and then did not eat any of it.
