9:17 mmmmm....in my opinion the owner of that car owes James Wood. For instance, if my car caught on fire on a roadway no matter what the cause, I am responsible for any and all damage to the roadway, etc. Before you question this it's a fact. An employee of ours is going through this exact thing right now. TXDOT is demanding payment.

Bridgeport is helping at James Woods Motors structure fire. A car and a building are burning.
Reports saying started in Service Area. Building and cars on fire and College Street is shut down.
