I'm thinking no.

Uh, no. That would not be the word they were looking for. Don't think that is a word.

No, they did not spell that correctly.
And we wonder why the mainstream media is loosing respect. They can not even run spell check before they put it on the TV.

Should be "comparable"

9:51, it's "losing", not "loosing". You loose wild horses and lose weight.

The word is spelled "comparable" but pronounced comprable, which is probably why they made a mistake.

They spelled it like many people say it, damn phonics teaching...should have taught the whole language method.

10:38...How do you loose "Wild Horses" if they are already free?

Sorry, I double tapped the "o". Kind of like the difference in noose and nose huh?
Thanks for the spelling lesson anyway. My point being is that they should ensure that grammatical errors are limited in order to be considered legit.
I'm not in the business, and I can not spell even with spell check.....but then again I should not throw stones unless I live in a bunker.

They got loose.

What got loose?

12:37, they absolutely should. It takes two seconds to use spellcheck, and it would have saved them some embarrassment. Assuming they eventually picked up on it.

For the record, spellcheck would not have picked up the loose/lose thing. ;)

You can't let wild horses loose, and you can't plant wildflowers.
