Vanished

This is strange and scary. This 13 year old Fort Worth middle school student was at a track meet last night at Farrington Field (across from Casa Manana), but we don't know where he is now. He was upset for not being allowed to participate in the shot put (failed to register) and was last seen in the stadium. But there was a heck of a miscommunication when the school bus left after the meet with officials believing the boy had left with his parents. He hadn't. Story. Edit: Nevermind.

Very sad but unfortunately happens every day somewhere in this country. I can't imagine the parents' misery.

You know, I am suprised this does not happen more often, these track meets are open to anyone, and the coaches dont pay much attention to all the kids running around. I pray they find him, and he is ok.

Did anyone check with Immigration???

Oh wait! That would be silly. Picking up Mexicans is obviously something they DON'T do

According to WFAA, he has been found with his biological father.

His biological father, how the heck would a Mexican ever know!

Was he in the Iron Man (run/swim/bike)?

"While some students competing in the meet took a bus, a consent form had been signed that said the young boy would be going home with his parents after the event"

I could never understand why some of these ignorant and uninformed citizens of Wise County feel they are superior to anyone...when they make comments about Hispanics. I actually know a "white" family that feels they are superior and they have the educational level of a five year old. The Hispanic family they feel this way about ironically have a mother and a father who have college degrees and careers, were born here and have careers. Funny way how people out here feel that way......
