There's A Saying In . . .

. . . the world of criminal defense practice: You'll never find a deaf, dumb and blind man in prison.

I was lucky enough to talk to them before the Messenger got there and here's what they said:

"We don't know how that stuff got in that underground thing. We were told it was an abandoned Banjo Mfg. company when we moved in and we figured that stuff was used by them to make Banjo's or somethin.

That's all they said.

You will find a bunch of mentally handicapped people in Texas prisons. Hooray for closing mental health facilities and turning them out onto the street!

Why, you can tell by looking at their pictures that they couldn't possibly be involved with drugs.

Yeah Jack and you can also tell by their pics they were getting quite weatlhy from sellings all those illicit drugs. With that many addicted family members, one would have to make the shit to support the friggn habit!

Borrowing the brilliant words of comedian Ron White - "The Malones have the right to remain silent....but they don't have the ability."

You'd think with all that money they were making from meth production they could afford at least a z-rated attorney to teach them that.

a z-rated attorney

Like Smith & Green?

Also borrowed from aforementioned Mr. White: "You can't fix stupid!"

Making and using meth are probably a good indication of how smart you are.
It's doubtful they used proven business practices to improve their company profits

They were probably just smart enough to run an illegal drug-manufacturing business, but not smart enough to make great profits from said business
Were they involved in sale as well as manufacture, or did they use all they made?

11:07 read your first sentence and then read the rest of your post. I think the chances of finding a dead, dumb & blind man in prison are higher than finding a good attorney.

10:02---I saw Ron White in Vegas and bought a t-shirt that says that on the back! Love it!

12:42---OH! You give me a great idea! We should have one of the local T-Shirt companies print up some "Free the Malones" T-Shirts, you know, much like the recent Chupacabra shirts. Yeah...It'll make Wise Co. famous :)

"You'll never find a deaf, dumb and blind man in prison."

Are you including all 3 decriptions in one man or what?

Cuz, I know there has to be plenty of just plain old dumb ones in there.

innocent until proven guilty.

and those pics in the Mess can't spell "Meth". Good Lord Duty will have pictures of them through the glass. Roy would not ever print when a crime "Boss" (Sheriff or Chief) was in trouble and now we get to here from Malone's? We are sliding downhill.

I live in the Greenwood community and really want the Malones to stay right where they are.....behind bars, but 12.42, I thought I would get down laughing at the possibility of "free the Malone" T-shirts. This is Wise Co.
