Now you see why I have an outside security system named Truman. My big black lab keeps them at bay. This past couple of weeks when I get home late at night from work I have seen Meth heads out Power Walking the streets. You can tell when there a new batch in town or a new lab.

That is a sad town, Chico is trying to catch up. As a former officer in the region there was a joke we told to each other in 1989. Two deputies covered the 960 a square mile county until 4:a.m on Saturday nights............ "If u check on duty in Newark after dark and do not have an arrest in 15 minutes u will have a bad night."

Our Sheriff Walker has done a wonderful job with what he has to work with protecting us here in Newark.
I am more scared sometimes of my county commissioner than I am of the dopers.

lets clean out city hall, an audit would be in order before we are stuck paying retirement to employees who have sucked newark dy.
