The Police have got to quit chasing people, innocent lives are lost too often, I know the cops "get their jollies" by chasing down the bad guys but its never worth it to have innocents killed because some scared kid is driving on a suspended license...

it looks like both drivers had green lights - there are no left turn signals - if you were going to hit a car on purpose i dont think most people would have the skill to T bone the car coming staight at them
Great Idea! So basically lets say if you are getting pulled over, for whatever reason, just run!.. they will not chase you and you get away!! That way you can go commit more crimes before you are finally caught. Very intelligent thought process kiddo.
