Cops chase people as part of War On Drugs. People dump money onto highway. People risk life to get money.
And that might be the only situation where I wouldn't turn in money that I found. Let's see? Money to me? Or money to cops? In that situation, me loves me some me.

Once the hyper-inflation sets in from all the bailouts, folks won't even stop to pick up the wastepaper.
Dallas Morning News reports that the troubled Wise County jail, in which lots of sex with inmates, etc., has reopened after a refit.
Man, it's a good thing someone was ready with a camera at exactly the right spot even BEFORE the incident happened. That's like going out to film a plane crash, and then one happens right in view of where your camera was set up. Hmmmmm.
