A very reliable source sends me the cell phone pic of an inmate in line to early vote in Tarrant County.
Edit: My reliable source now tells me it's possible it was just a Halloween costume. But the picture was taken in downtown Fort Worth, near the jail, so that guy might want to be careful if he hears someone yell, "Freeze!"

That is probably at the Decatur Civic Center. It is close enough to let the trustees out of the Walker Hilton to go vote.
