I'm not sure I understand why some little ole local sheriff of Wise County would be going to DC. Isn't this the second or third time? Was it really necessary? Is he applying for another job on the taxpayer’s money? I assume since it was so important that he be there, that other sheriffs from other Texas counties are there. Sometimes, I don't know what to think of our sheriff. I question his motive most of the time.

OK, I guess the news will be out soon enough. The Sheriff is in DC to film his new show on NBC called "Walker Texas Sheriff". It is modeled after the hit show 24. It starts out with Walker Texas Sheriff uncovering a plot to over throw the government by Taliban leaders disguised as Jehovah Witness operating out of the Alvord Assembly of God Church. I'm sure it will be a huge hit. We are all proud of our Walker, Texas Sheriff.
Congress is having a hearing on Meth trafficking out of Mexico this week... If I were a betting man, which I am, I would put money on our Sherrif being there... Probably by invitation...but go ahead and speculate...

Don't think the high sheriff spoke at the anti war rally. He's too quiet for that.
Most of the speakers sounded like a bunch of out of control pentecostal preachers.

I seldom vote for a Republican. Our sheriff is an exception. Until I find a better candidate, I'll stay with Walker.
