Have you given up being Tom Cruise and gone to being John Cusak, do you REALLY like the flick "Say Anything" or the song "In Your Eyes" or PERHAPS you are trying to get your girlfriend's attention ala Lloyd Dobler?
Yes, God somehow knew that we would adopt a calendar that would break down things into months, days and years exactly as we did. Further, we humans somehow figured out that the day is truly lucky in a divinely inspired way, like the earth's particular orbit position every 100 times around the sun makes the difference. It's similar to believing turn 3 at Talladega is an extra special place to be on the 15th and 115th lap of each race.
