Security video of an unhappy personal injury claimant trying to throw a (his?) female lawyer over a balcony. It happens pretty fast here. But I love the other guy who, in his effort to "assist" her, never drops the folder/briefcase that he keeps under one arm.

Well, you know, the stuff in that briefcase/folder is pretty important! Keep your priorities straight, no matter what the circumstances are!
I think temporary insanity would be a viable defense considering he only wanted to kill his attorney after the court session. No visible premeditation... I mean really...who hasn't thought about maming an attorney at least once or twice???
