Yeah, if that is really what we are led to believe it certainly constitutes abuse. I see parents, often obese, in public with really fat kids teaching them poor eating habits and wonder why thats not considered abuse as well. If you sentence your child to a lifetime of health problems you are just as guilty as these folks in the video.

What about the child not being in a safety seat or seat belt? I think they need to prosecute for that too.
