I love this stuff. Well, not so much the blood, but the event. A few years back ESPN or someone would show the event live (which meant I had to TIVO it in the middle of the night). I learned that it happens for like seven days in a row (maybe more) and the entire "running" takes about five minutes. Good times.
I'm not sure why Bridgeport has never used the "Running With The Bulls" theme. Or maybe they have.

These people should run at their own risk... and not expect medical care at the scene. How idiotic can people be? They deserve the goring they get!
I ran with the bulls back in 2002. Huge adrenaline rush. A person can choose how close they get to the bulls by where they start running from on the course. Lots of those who get injured have been up all the night before and are running with a little "liquid courage".
Great party also and the Spanish women are beautiful. I can't wait to do it again.

Bridgeport now has running with the beers after they went wet.
It's new but will probably be a weekly event from now on.

1:29PM - I remember being in Bridgeport one year during ya'lls XMAS parade - I was selling ads for a local yocal radio station, so I had to be there, otherwise, I would not have been there because it was cold as heck. I'm sure your drill team was there, whatever year it was, and I'm pretty sure they were running! Were you there? Ha!

i wound up in some town in spain running with the bulls, trying to catch another thrill with a thousand other fools, we were running!!
