It should not leave a man feeling weird to see this photo, think it's an attractive female, and then find out it's a guy. It's NOT a guy. It's a guy that has gone through extreme body alterations; internal and external; to look like a girl. To the point of the same hair, backside, other features. A guy should only feel weird if, after finding out it's a guy, you'd still do him/her.

so what if they had an "alteration," it's still a guy. Upon God's creation, He made that person a man, not a woman, so therefore, it is still a man regardless of "altering" his/her private parts.
