Hey, Shorty, It's Your Birfday

Ok, you guys will not like this. Story. Heck, I should at least be able to get away with a Class B misdemeanor.

Crazy Judge. Someone should have explained to the Judge and the other scum bag that the CHILD was to young to be a victim of sexual assault. Just because he is short should not give him an out on prison time that is just stupid. Judge needs to be removed from the bench.

whats the world coming to? I dont care if he was 2'6", he should have went to prison. Maybe i will cut my legs off and start holding up banks.........

After a judgement like that if you are the parent of the victim what do you tell your child? The bad man is still here he is to little to be sent away so that you can be safe. PREDICTION.....Within a few weeks there will be a murder trial involving this same man. Parents of the child will protect their child since they can not count on the legal system to do it. Parent of child will be sent away for a life sentence to be served.

How about something a little less drastic, 8:31, such as grammar lessons.

Maybe they should put him in the same cell with K Lay and they can both "screw" some more people.

While he's assaulting his next victim, she can take comfort in the fact that this man was spared her fate. Frankly, that's how the judge in this case would suggest she view it.

This has to be a joke. We want to protect this man from teasing in prison, so in order to accomplish that we let him continue to patrol for little girls?

9:36 - I don't think teasing is what they are talking about here. Personally, I think he should be placed in a cell with several huge men in prison for molesting little boys. One big man can hold his feet while the other big man holds his head and pull with all their might to see if he'll grow.

As a tall person, that makes me detest short people everywhere and want to spit in the part of their hair next time I'm next to one.

Midgets across the land - rejoice!!!

I've heard of shorter sentances,but.....

10:19, let me get this straight. Because this short person molested a child and received probation, you
"detest short people everywhere". Do you not think that in the history of time no tall person has ever molested a child? You know, this post makes me detest tall stupid people everywhere. You are a moron, no matter what your height is.

The trap was set at 10:19. The bate was taken at 11:51. Delicious!!!

Is this better? You probably like the fact that he got off. I'm guessing you are one of those bleeding heart liberal's. It's sad that with a topic like this you are trying to play english teacher. Go to hell with along with this loser.

Perhaps the judge was short timing it because of a plan to retire. I think we can all agree that the sentence may fall short of true justice. I short of feel cheated by this verdict. I think I will go have a tall one after a short break.

The guy should pick on someone his own size. Oh wait, that's exactly what he did.

Shorten him some more. Cut off penis and fingers.

...and tongue!

Hey, 3:25. You don't need the apostrophe after liberal. It's plural, so just add the letter s. Boy are you a dumb one.

My verdict would have been ...

Strap him Down and give him only Half the Volts the average Convict gets from "Old Sparky" ...

Why give him prison time at all?

More proof that many criminals sit on the judicial benches of this country.

10:57 - I agree with that - and some of them that aren't criminals just plain set a bad example in their own personal lives.

And then we the lowly people are to rise when they enter the room and call them "your honor" - that may be the law, but it doesn't mean we have to respect them personally.

It almost makes a joke out of the criminal justice system.

How in the world did that Judge justify such a sentence in her own mind? Worried about the criminal? She brings disgrace and shame to the bench and to our judicial system. There was NO justice here. I agree that she should be removed...
