Perhaps she has been drinking Runaway Bay water without boiling it. Seems all RAB residents received a hand delivered notice from the city that the RAB water in not drinkable since it is coming directly from the lake without benefit of processing. Now, that'll make anyone drunk or in charge of the porcelain throne and wishing they were drunk.
