Typically, when you grab someone by the wrist while he is shooting the ball it is considered a foul.
Unless you're Tim Duncan. Then, if you get close enough to see his jersey number, you're fouling him.Dirk, on the other hand, should have bruises and scratch marks from where he was slapped and hacked all night long.
