Why Liberals Pull Their Hair Out

Examples like yesterday when the President tried to an answer a question from a college student. The youtube.com evidence is here.

Gee, a leaders who doesn't know every detail. Let's slam him for not micro-managing so that maybe he'll run that direction and then we can slam him for micro-managing and not being aware of broader issues.

Good leaders lead the direction of what should be done, outlines the outcome desired and then let's the people around him (who are supposed to be competent) do their job. If they don't do it well, replace them but a good leader isn't going to do someone's job for them.

I understand attorney's don't take to leadership well which is why most of them work on their own and think they know everything. Oh wait, some of them hire paralegals, detectives and other people to help them reach their objectives at times, don't they. I suppose there are a few good attorneys out there.

While I'm thinking about it, how many attorneys have been lawmakers? Since they make the laws, shouldn't they get some of the blame for the mess we're in?

8:08 - Consider two of your points:
1. This leader seems to know no details, is not interested in learning and uses no critical thinking skills when others feed him questionable data resulting in this mess of a presidency. I grant you that a leader need not micromanage but the leader is still responisible for the results (see the Enron mess).
2. When the this leader gets incompentent advice he should replace the failing staff. What does this guy do? He passes out Presidential Medals to the most incompentent advisers. He appoints several layers of political hacks in top administrative positions then tries to escape blame by building strawmen to blow down.

And don't forget he uses the power of his office to arouse the people (via his advisors) on passionate people issues - all to divert America's attention from the war.

By the way, Bush looks horrible.

I wonder if he will make it through this last term.

My question is this: What the hell does he think is so funny about the issue of which law governs subcontractors for his war? His demeanor is inexcusable.

We should all pull our hair out over this guy and his performance.

Do you see why Bush tries to appear before very selected audiences and then attempts to lecture them? When real questions are presented he bumbles, stumbles and fidgets non-answers. Notice how much more articulate the student questioner is than the president of the United States? Any wonder were in the trouble we're in?

Your a bunch of dumb asses!!!!!!! There is no way for someone in charge of the United States to have an answer to every question. Do you ever have to look anything up at work? I am sure you do. If he would have answered wrong he would just have to listen to the same story just a little different version. Leave the guy alone. At least he has the balls to do something whether you agree or disagree with whats being done. Bill Clinton was just a passivist(spelling) disgrace!!!!

Even if he doesn't have all the answers, can he at least be a little more articulate when telling us he doesn't?

12:28 - I agree and if this man doesn't want to answer questions, why is he subjecting himself to these kinds of things anyway?

and you wonder why people don't want to run for public office. Especially when they get BBQ'ed from people that armchair quarterback

There seems to be no shortage of people running for president. I'd just hope we could find one who's more intelligent and interested in the details of the job than this bellicose cowboy.

Bush did a pretty good job as Texas governor - wonder if he wishes he had just stayed in Texas?

Help me out here. Just what did Bush do so well as governor? To my recollection he has been pretty much a failure in several business ventures and in government. Only to be bailed out by family friends. He did dupe the city of Arlington with the Ranger's new ballpark and turned a $500,000 investment into $15 million at taxpayer expense. Great.
