Nope, at least $3.50. There's just too much uncertainty out there. That's because the Pope was seen sneezing, polar bears are slow to return from the pack ice, and the UT quarterback situation is up in the air.
Wouldn't you just love to be in charge at the day care center where Exxon executives leave their kids? Hey, we need to charge you double today because we expect there will be a lot of pooping, and we'll use more diapers.
