In the Sunday Newspaper there is a letter to the editor from a Decatur Police Officer's wife saying that there was an arrest made at a park here in Decatur where a guy was "rubbing himself" while watching the kids. WHY WOULDN'T DECATUR POLICE DEPT MAKE SURE THE PUBLIC WAS NOTIFIED?? I can't believe this?
And how long do you think he's going to stay arrested. The public does have a right to know. What happens when he gets released and tries this again. Only this time, he might actually do something to a child instead of himself. It's better that the public knows and can be a little more protective of their children.

Sexual predators are everywhere - trying to gain access to children wherever they gather.
This means churches, schools, parks.
We should all be watchful for these folks.
And keep educating our children.
HOpefully, you're watching your children. These people are everywhere. This guy has not been convicted yet, therefore, he is not guilty.
