Police arrested Jiaoyan Cheng, 33, of Bedford on Monday afternoon. The arrest came after three undercover Hurst police officers visited the spa earlier this month. "

Glad to know we paid for massages for 3 of our finest. They deserve one. Hope she cops a plea. She deserves a break.
